FULL STORY: Tragic find

Looking for the right words - a friend of the family came fairly close to our feelings about the Heading in the Calgary Sun:
THE PHOTO OF THE DAY
I can't imagine what thought was going through this persons head (here it is the photo of the day)
I can only imagine this person only saw the picture and never read the news that pertained to it. Then how could it get by the next person and so on until it got to the printers.
The only thing I can think of is that these people were not real people. These pictures must be put into a computer checked out by some slick new program and taadaa here it is, your photo of the day. How could a real person not imagine that this accident victim may have been their brother, their sister, maybe even their son or daughter. If it were, do you think this person would still call it... THE PHOTO OF THE DAY!!

Peter (The Calgary Sun's writer/reporter/journalist), although you made us really upset - we do not wish, that you will find the tragic death of your son or any loved ones in the news paper under the heading:
THE PHOTO OF THE DAY
