| Chain Lakes is located just West of Nanton about 35km on HWY 533. The best fishing on this lake seems to follow the patern of fishing on the North end of the lake. This lake is a Rainbow Trout lake with an average of 1 pound Rainbow being caught. Aside of the the average trout being only 1 pound these beauties will not disappoint you for a lack of fight. These Rainbows will amaze you like all others will with their acrobatic displays as they dance on top of the water. This lake has an excellent campground that will also make you feel right a home with the beautiful scenery surrounding you. |  |
